Hello everyone.

Thank you for all your support and reactions. Your support has helped me to continue my activities, and I am very grateful for it.

Here is a summary of the ideas I am contemplating for future activities and the reasons why. I hope I can gain your understanding.

What I would like to do in the future

Commission fee changes

Thanks to all of you, I have received a great number of commission requests, for which I am very grateful. My commissions have never been changed since I started several years ago, but I am considering raising my fees in light of various factors.

When I started my commissions several years ago, I was just starting out in digital painting and there was not much I could do yet. Therefore, the production time for a single artwork was also small.

Then, as I learned more knowledge and techniques, I gradually became able to improve the quality of my work, but the production time has more than doubled instead.

Therefore, I began to feel a gap between the longer production time and the fee as it was before, and I wanted to come to terms with that.

We also intended to slightly limit the number of requestors, as while we appreciate the large number of commissions coming in, it has become quite large, even with priority rights. We apologize to those clients who will be affected by the wrinkles of this change.

Please note that the price increase will not affect requests that have already been accepted. It will only apply to new clients after the change.

The new rates will be based on the market rates of the artists I used as reference in preparing my commission sheet.

Of course, since I am doing so, I will continue to work hard and push forward to make it worth your while.

I believe in creating artwork that visually realizes the images and situations that I and you would like to see, and I will continue to develop techniques that contribute to that.

What I would like to execute in the near future

Short-term resumption of Skeb

I am thinking of restarting Skeb for a short period of time in the near future.

I had paused Skeb due to the time pressures on my main work and the mental burden of deadlines that had overtaken my enjoyment of production.

Thankfully, however, my Skeb was well received and within the year 2023, I had over 100 requests to resume it. I am very happy about this.

Since Skeb is mostly about quality and the rights and freedoms of the creator, I used the system to experiment with different techniques of expression.

I also remember that I had a lot of fun because I was able to try out requests in minor or unknown genres that I normally would not have had the chance to draw.

However, as I gradually became more and more pressed by deadlines, I had less and less time to experiment and have fun, and this was putting pressure on my production time for commissions and Patron reward, so I had to pause.

Of course, this is a luxurious affliction and I am very grateful for the many incomes I received because of it.

Since Skeb is only a sub job, when we resume we will increase the fees and deadlines to limit the number of requests and allow more time for production.

Full body prices are expected to rise from $80 to $100 or more. We're still deciding whether to raise the prices only on the parts with higher labor costs, or to raise the prices uniformly across the board.
