Thumbnail Evolution: Two and a Half Saiyans! (Patreon)

BrachyZoid is such a talented artist.

For the ShortZ, we decided to use original art to help present them! We thought about using the 3D art from the actual clips, but we needed something that would be instantly recognizable; thus, we ended up using an 2D art from the incredibly talented BrachyZoid.

You can see the evolution from beginning to end! From the concept art (from me, KaiserNeko!) to the rough sketches, the ink, and finally: The finished product!

You'll notice that one of the things we love to do with our Thumbnails is give the illusion of depth by playing with layers. By creating a border, I can have characters seemingly "pop out", and it's always fun when I can get it just right!

And while I can't say I'm all too proud of my concept art, I'm pretty happy with the recreation of the Two and a Half Men logo.
