I'll be trying to do an update at least every two weeks, preferably every week from this point on, letting everyone know what I've been doing.  So, without any fanfare, here we go:

  • I've spoken to Tomis and I think he's going to be back on board for the art.  It may take a little while longer for him to be a good headspace to work again, but we've worked through a bunch of stuff, I think.
  • I've been revising and fine tuning the dice and skill challenge system, including running simulations for balance.  If all things go well, we might be seeing a playable demo for the skill system soon.
  • The playable demo most likely will a short, pre-written mission with pre-made characters, just to allow people to play around with how the dice system works, how the skill system works and how everything feels.  No combat yet, unfortunately.
  • Patrons will be getting first crack at the module, all tiers will be able to get the module early and give me their first impressions.  I wanted to make sure you all were rewarded for your patience over the course of the last couple months.

That's all for now!  I'll try and give another update next week.  Remember that the community stream has been moved to this coming Sunday because I didn't want to hold it on Mother's Day.
