R-18 Patreon Feed (Patreon)

I'm still not sure whether I want to upload R-18 pictures directly onto the Patreon feed or link them off site just in case. For the moment I'll still link em off if they're digital and put the traditional pictures directly here (because of the convenience of the mobile app) I'll be glad to hear our input for your preference and what you think of this.
