I’ve been to the gym and reached a comfortable regular routine for about a month now. It feels great and I’m starting to feel great in some of my clothes finally! Sometime it’d be nice to wear flattering workout clothes to show off my own muscles but for now I’ll just content myself with starting at the beginning hehhh.....
