Did Sid's orbs circle defensively closer in that last frame? :D

Justaguy

David Rimmer WISHES his Hard Light projector was that versatile. :)

Or maybe Cora taught Dabbler a thing or two...

Michael Obert

Feels like she's wearin' nothin' at all, nothin' at all, nothin' at all. Stupid sexy Cora!

It can't be projected-on though, unless her species has breasts without the functional aspects :)

Stephen Gilberg

I dunno. If it provides protection, warmth, comfort, and the appearance of decency, I'd say you're wearing something.

Otoger

somehow the grin of Cora in the last frame is kinda arkward but not sure why...

Anonymous

I'd guess it starts slightly larger and then form-fits, pulling everything in?

PSadlon

I not Babbler's friend, well acquainted and running in many of the same circles, though not quite an enemy if given Dabs asked her for help and provided as much info as she did.

What happens if there's an energy dampening field?

Jordan Brennan

I get so excited when I see a new comic, then super sad when it's over XD

Now that Halo is one of earth's only (known) sources of FTL, wonder if she can get Dabbler to try and translate the nav coordinates the orb shows. Or... take the opportunity here with Cora to do that, see if going to Earth herself really would be bad.

Obviously distrupting the field or the projectors for it would result in nakidness to some extent or other, much like how getting your clothes burned, hit by swords or other effects would result in damage. The obvious differences is the hard light projections would, presumably, recover once outside of the dampening field and one can likely assume they would not be using these things for standard issue uniforms if distrupting them was easy to do. Plus, being hard light they can probably be made to simulate physical properties like durability etc at values that goes beyond most physical materials.
