Elyon from W.I.T.C.H. comic magazine. I wore my hair exactly like this for good few years. My mum even sew me her robe and took me to this "mini fan convention" in 2003 or 2004 I think :D

Most probably this comic was what got me into drawing girly characters. Before, I only traced animals form  books!
