Yes I use the Creality CR-10 300x300x400mm printer for the ebike parts. PLA will work fine, however I've now moved to using PETG because it handles a wider range of temperatures. PLA warped in my car in the summer, and cracked when riding over a big bump in the winter.

Hello Tom, I am interested in making a similar style bike as this one for a school project. I really want to incorporate regenerative braking into my project, and I saw you had it, do you have any instructions or parts that you used to get this to work?

I basically have something similar to your V1 bike, although I didn't use the 3d printed parts. So basically what I currently have is the V1 bike that I would like to add regen too. Any parts that I need to add/change out?
