Update from Patreon Funded Workshop Apprentice Aaron (Patreon)

Hello Patrons,

I’m currently working alongside Bob on the Churchill doing some small jobs that have needed to be done. Things like making brackets, trunking for all the instrument wiring, ensuring doors and hatches are opening and most importantly locking without too much of a fight.  

This involves oiling locks and hinges, but in some cases having to take the whole mechanism apart. So although not terribly mechanical it’s important maintenance and keeps me busy.

In addition to this, I have been working 2 days a week at Abelcraft which I’m enjoying.  Plus my apprenticeship is coming to an end now, I can't quite believe I have only 8ish months left.

My goals this year are to pass my assessment and exams and make some good progress with my project land rover when I find the time!
