An Update from Patreon Funded Film Intern Chloe (Patreon)

Hello Patrons,
The past month has been an exciting time for the film production team at The Tank Museum! We have produced our first Christmas advert featuring David Willey, David Fletcher and of course Finn the dog in the home front house within our new exhibition. The advert was particularly fun to edit due to the added snow, upbeat Christmas music, speed ramping and masking Fury onto the TV screen. The advert took roughly 21 hours to film and edit, but we are all extremely pleased with the end result. I hope the advert got you into the festive spirit and of course tempted you to take a look at the Christmas gifts on The Tank Museum online shop!
Myself and Matt have also just finished the first episode of a brand new series ‘Anti-Tank Chats’, with episode 1 looking at where Anti-Tank warfare began. In this new series we are experimenting with multi-camera setups, additional graphics, sound effects and music alongside the archive material. In the coming weeks we are filming Tank Chats on the Stridsvagen, Hetzer and Comet, as well as a new excusive Patreon Q&A for you all. A very exciting Top 5 Tanks with David Willey is also being edited in time for Christmas.
As you know we did have to shut for a month in November due to the lockdown in England, so all of your online support means so much to the production team. But thankfully we are now re-open again! I have been editing at home since March to keep producing the video content for you all, so thank you for you support which has allowed my Film Internship to continue.
