Hi Patrons,

The first Easter week I have been at college.  During this week we studied air and fuel, looking at different carburetors, fuel pumps, Venturis and how they help the fuel supply.

We are now starting our Tanks in Action displays season.  I have currently been commanding the Lynx during the displays and am really enjoying it.

We have managed to improvise a tool to remove the cylinder liners of the Meteor engine.  The liners came out very easily, surprisingly. I am currently polishing and cleaning the block ready for rebuilding.

Apologies that the update is short this month! I have been enjoying some annual leave!

As always, thank you for your support,

James

Air and fuel? All I'll say is 'stoichiometric'.

Important, yes, but mention of venturis and fuel pumps leads me to add 'Bernoulli's equation' for the fluid flow element :-)
