Other creators have often touched on the topic of sewers, but more often than not it's just about pipes underground. I decided to expand on this idea and add various underground buildings related to sewage. These include cellars, technical rooms, an underground distillery, and even an entire underground prison where debt collectors extort debts from their debtors.
