The other day it got so cold that I had to pull out a pair of jeggings, which made me feel like denim season was soon coming upon us! It's a timeless fashion that never seems to get old.

I also vaguely remembered an experience I had when I was a young teen and had posted a drawing on DA of an anime girl dressed all in denim. Some 28-year old Karen had come along and wrote "I HATE DENIM THIS SUCKS!!" as a comment. Being so young and a much meeker person, I got immediately embarrassed and deleted the drawing altogether (I was very insecure about being self-taught at the time). Had it been me today the outcome would have been very different and we'd need some running water for the burn I would be tempted to inflict. But hey, we learn and we grow! 😹 I do wonder what became of that woman, I hope she found her peace with denim.
