June 2021 - Sketch Exclusive (Patreon)

Hi everyone! Hope you are all having a pleasant start of summer, and hope you are getting some sunshine and vitamin D! 

It's month end, so it's time to take a look at things that could've been, but never made the cut, things that have been improved, and things yet to come!

Commission Sketches: 

I always give my clients multiple choices during the sketch phase of my commissions, to push the boundaries and to really solidify the ideas behind the piece. This usually results in a lot of ideas and sketch concepts that never make the cut! Here are some variations on sketches for commissions, most of which never made it! 

Abandoned Pieces:

I'm sorry, Mole Guy. You never got to become a cute girl in full shaded glory. Around this time, I had been trying to force myself to use Clip Studio for a while (maybe 1 year), due to the sheer amount of time-saving features, and even bought a third party stabilizer to use with it. However, I recently decided to give up and go back to my Holy Grail, Paint Tool Sai. There's just something about Sai that makes drawing such a joy, and when I found out that I didn't need Clip Studio's tools as much I as thought, that was it... I dumped Clip Studio like a bad habit. Unfortunately Mole Guy was caught in between that transition period. 

I promise you, Mole Guy, you will have your day someday...

More Risque/NSFW to Come:

I want to experiment more with NSFW. (I can paint pin-ups like nobody's business, but I also want to expand on what I've been doing with the TG stuff and make it even more interesting to look at!) No fluids, though, and mostly just nudity.

I originally had a NSFW tier but I had disabled it previously to let myself have some time to work on time management and build up my courage for drawing NSFWs hehe ^^ I was thinking of re-enabling it when the time comes. Ideally I want to make the setting that all existing patrons get the stuff from the NSFW without having to pay extra, though I'm not sure if that's possible on this platform? I'll look into this... 

Next Month's Generic Goals:

• I really want to improve on drawing speed. I draw everyday after work, but I'm still so slow =-=...
  
• I want to improve shading in general
