discord problems (Patreon)

I've noticed that when you subscribe to a level, the patreon bot doesn't add you to the discord server, it's frustrating not knowing how long it's been like this and I'm doing my best to fix it today.

I would be very grateful if if you notice any problem let me know to improve the quality of the page.
