Premise: You're building a branch of Drake Labs for Lia. Not exactly building, but finding new modules for the expansion of the lab. Need a new shrink ray test facility? Find the appropriate tech from a local tech baron. Rumors say she's a nasty piece of work with a habit of tickle-torturing her male captives. Or, through schmoozing around the seedy foot-fetish underground you happen upon a hot shipment of defective bio-robots, androids made for the local red-light district, and you just so happen to know a certain genius someone who can help you get them online. What will their primary function be? I suggest an obsession with footjobs. Smelly feet research needs a shot in the arm, or a kick in the but? Are you gonna staff your new module with slightly-less-potent but more stable halfling feet, or bet it all on green, orc feet?
That's a general idea anyway. You'd be a male and have a limited time to get the damn thing done or Lia Drake will be having words (and other things) with you. Don't worry. The game won't be real-time. Rather, each action, dialogue, or item use (yes, there will be an inventory) will have a time cost. This, and much else, was taken from one of the main inspirations for this game - Disco Elysium. Can't recommend it enough. It has nothing to do with fetishism or sex, but it's an RPG in its purest form. Yes, this game will have RPG elements. You'll have certain attributes (like testosterone, vigor, technique, spirit, endurance, etc.) with which you'll be passing skill checks. Just like in Disco, most of the events will be resolved not by an extra mechanic in the game (like a battle system) but just by testing your attributes. This will keep the game focused on its content rather than superfluous gameplay mechanics.
It might rub you the wrong way that success or failure depends on the roll of the dice, but don't be! You shouldn't be afraid of failure. I plan to make one of the main draws of the game to find all the endings. Well, mostly bad endings, game over screens, where you spend the rest of your life as an Uxhaul foot slave or a permanent fixture in the drow tickling dungeon.
The look of the game will be that of a retro visual novel. You'll have plenty of dialogue and visuals to ogle, but also some exploration with point and click segments. Here are some shots of what I'm going for:

And that's about it for now. I've already posted a cry for help on discord, but here's one here as well: I need your input and ideas! Mostly for the modules and situations our hero will face. Here's some of mine (from the discord):
