End me, and game update (Patreon)

I'm beat. I just spent the last 6 hours making the Respite track - it's what plays now after you get out of the coffin. I still need to tinker with it a bit, but it's mostly done.

New transitions between screens (try loading a game, you'll see it there), some new UI as well. Shifted the choices to the bottom left. I don't know if they'll stay there. 

New drawings - the cultist conversation now has pictures. I wanted to do her foot-licking scene as well, but I chose to do the grand confessor instead. I still need to do one more major pic with her (when she sniffs the orc foot) and a couple of expressions, but they're easy-peasy.

I think that's everything. You'll find the distributions down there, linux, mac and windows.
