In case you don't know - Android 21 is a new character in the Dragon Ball universe made for the new game DB Fighters.

I toyed with the idea of making one picture where Android 18 is tickling Videl, the draw being that 18 is so much stronger than her. She wouldn't have to use bondage or anything - she would just hold Videls foot and tickle away. What's worse, Videl couldn't fight back or damage 18 in any meaningful way. She'd just have to take it.
