Gadget Hackwrench from Rescue Rangers for the winner of the Monthly Color Commission:  Kator!!!

So i think the harderst part of this one was the color of the background, spent more than 2 hours just testing different colors, tones and levels so its not an assult on the eyes and would not clash with the colors of Gadget, but theres also a no bg option for those who want it.

Doing this one reminded me that i need to continue this "puffy" series because its a fun one to do, there are so many shortstacks and shortstack-like characters around that i can draw, i think i started doing one for fun some time ago, might need to revisit her, but yeah i need to do more.

As always a better version is up for download below, along with a version with no BG.
