Theme: TV Animated Series 2000-2010

Got a little nostalgia for these years lately, the time i could finally understand english cartoons and my selection of shows expanded.

Just remember, they had to appear on TV as series, not movies. And try to balance between cartoons an anime, not too much of one or the other.

Rules:

-You can suggest 1 character only

-Like always it can be from any media: cartoons, anime, 3D, 2D. -No real people or OC's

-Be sure to add where she's from.
