In Japan, his name(汐華 初流乃) can be also read 'Jobana Jorno". In Japan, family name goes first, so in Italy, his name becomes "Giorno Giovanna"

I think this part definitely had the best overall adaptation, as in music, ost, visuals, sound effects everything. And they showed all of that in the very first episode.
