A lot of people misunderstands this, but Hina's the yellow haired girl with the nen removal ability. Shidore's the little girl. And what do you mean you've seen "Reina"? lol. You've NEVER seen Reina before this episode. Colt only named the new born baby Reina because it's who he wanted to protect. He didn't know who she was being Meruem's twin. The baby never confirmed that her name was Reina like the others have.

Colt just named the Queen's baby Reina, it was never confirmed to actually be Reina. On a side note, this brings up an interesting topic for discussion. This topic is not brought up in the Anime, so it's not spoilers and nothing is confirmed. Is the reborn Kite Meruems twin sibling? When Meruem broke out of the queen, baby Chimera kite was also in the queen. They were in the queen at the same time. I'm very curious to see where the series goes with this.

I'm pretty sure that's the implication lol. Despite coming out early, Meruem was completely fine. On the other hand, this baby Kite was super small, perhaps malnutritioned. Kite might end up as a nerfed version of Meruem mixed with his previous abilities. The most interesting part of this to me is when Mizuken and Kurapika talked about nen attributes changing due to circumstances. This might even apply to Kite (not spoiler cause nothing about this is mentioned in the manga/anime)

You can name a child anything. I thought he was naming the child after his little sister, like as a memory. I will say I cried on this episode. These 135/136 are emotional. That said, hundreds of humans were consumed. Less then a dozen kept their memories.
