Happy new year 2023 everyone!

Today is the first day of this year, with lots of emotions. I hope you will smash out your new year resolutions by the end of this year <3

First, thank you for keep supporting me, even though last year has been very tough for all of us. In Feb 2022, I have experienced a significant drop in my Patreon list. But  lucky for me many people still stay. Thank you again!!!

In 2022, my life has been through many events. I'd like to share it to you all <3

In Feb, the Russian - Ukraine war started. I thought it was a quick one but I was wrong. It hits hard everywhere economically and emotionally. Everything is about 20-30% more expensive. So I made my biggest decision that changed my life for the better <3

In April, I left my job to jumped on a much bigger, better company. My new company is 100x bigger than the old one, and they treat me very well. I started taking business trips, field visits...And I get a fair bit more money to fund my dream 

From April till November, I keep spending money on assets, tools and libraries. One of my best mates has sold me all of his 3 exclusive libraries which lays the platforms for 1234. I also spent money on hiring out artists, 3d modelers and tried setting up a platform myself. I tried learning the best from Honey Select, DOA6 and UMA Unity. However, things didn't turn out as expected due to many technical and skill issues from the modelers. But project wise, I have achieved many good results which I will list below: 

- I have acquired a dismemberment library to support procedural dismemberment. This is the core of 1234

- I have acquired a modular clothing library to support customizable clothes system. It will be added in the next update with the Female Knight

- I have learned a lot about performance (see this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Db5d8P0QtQY). Which allows me to spawn many characters on the field with good FPS

- I have learned many things about lighting, which make game looks lots better than when I started. 

- I have finalized a VR Rig for my game. It's harder than I thought as most VR rigs on the market aren't good and need lots of customizations. 

- I have released a modding sdk for my game (https://github.com/lilhuskyvr/1234SDK). So you can mod in your own custom characters. You can also mod in VRoid .vrm files. 

- I have become a partner of Ready Player Me (https://lilhuskyvr.readyplayer.me/avatar)

- Most importantly, I have acquired a character creating system which meets all of my requirements. This system allows me to create many game-ready characters. They are low poly, have lots of blend shapes I can customize and share the same rig

In total, I have spent $30000 on this project. The budget for 1234 is $100000
