Patreon do now have a native video feature so I could upload videos direct to Patreon, I have just avoided doing so because I enjoy (and I think others enjoy?) having the actual YouTube video link ahead of time to like/leave a comment. But I'm happy to try out the Patreon native video feature if people would prefer to watch a different way?

Tbh I was thinking I might use the feature for any Patreon exclusive videos that won't live on YouTube anyway...
