My Maternity Leave Planning Sesh with Patrons! (Patreon)

Hi lovelies! 

As I mentioned in a previous post I want to bring Patrons along for the journey of planning on maternity leave - keeping you updated on plans + asking your advice on decisions to be made + answering any of your questions! 

So let's get things kicked off with a livestream!
