 There are no podcasts in this one, sorry! I am so behind on all my podcast listening I have no idea when to catch up. I think it's because I was listening to the audio book of Sapiens so it ate into all my usual podcast listening time.

I was insane for 2 years and didn’t tell anyone - a new video from Connie Glynn sharing her mental health experiences. Always good seeing people being open but responsible in discussions about mental health when you have a large audience following you and I think Connie did a good job.

Ode to Dunagrees (Adult Baby) - just for complete fun. Lex Croucher did a funny song about dunagrees. I frickin love dungarees. 

Mercy Mistress (web series) - this is a very short webseries about a dominatrix (skip to 00:39 in each episode to skip the intro). I came across it after reading an article about how the new Netflix show BONDiNG isn’t great BDSM representation and it recommended this so I watched it. And it is so good. 

ASMR for YouTubers - this video from Meghan Tonjes is just so so funny. These are the affirmations I need!

Flat Earth: A Measured Response - this video is several months old but someone commented about this video under my favourites video where I talked about the Flat Earth documentary. I’d never watched this guy’s videos before but it would seem we have some mutual friends (Olly - Philosophy Tube). Anyway, loved this video and subscribed. 

Indoctrination: A History of Homophobia in Schools - Rowan Ellis at it again with incredible content. 

How To Grow Your Instagram FROM SCRATCH *help!* - I love Sara Dietschy’s videos. This one was super useful for me as Sara is trying to build the instagram for her podcast and I’m going to be creating an instagram for my new podcast (soon soon!).

Gender Critical - watch Natalie Wynn take on TERFs. 

My $3,500 Manhattan Apartment (1 Bedroom Tour) - sorry not sorry another Sara Dietschy video! Even as a Londoner I am shocked at the price she’s paying BUT you would probably pay that much if you lived in central London. Thing is no-one lives in central London lol. 

Pewdiepie and The Rebranding of White Nationalism - I love Kat’s videos, if you don’t watch her you should. She’s recently been doing a lot more personal videos about her experiences with polyamory but I wanted to highlight this video she made about White Nationalism. I think it’s really smart and measured. 

Articles 

Netflix’s BDSM show Bonding is being criticised by dominatrixes - here’s why - said article that led me to Mercy Mistress. I only managed to watch 3 episodes of Bonding before I gave up, found the writing really bad.

YouTubers are finally showing where their money comes from - a journalist shared this with me after I posted by video about my revenue breakdown. It’s got some nice features of Lucy Moon and Muchelle B! 

Yes! Yes! Yes! We must break the silence about female pleasure - my friend Fran has written & is performing a show about her experience with painful sex and sexual dysfunction. She wrote this piece for the Guardian about it and she’s brilliant. Her show, Ad Libido is doing a run at Soho Theatre soon so definitely get tickets if you can!

Sky News’ patronising interviews are a symptom of the media’s sickness - did we all catch this a few weeks ago? It’s maddening just how much is controlled by the economic elites - our politics and our news. 

Twitch Sings isn’t for gamers, it’s for YouTube and TikTok fans - some quotes from Simon Clark in this one! Also, I had no idea that Twitch used to be called justin.tv lol! Also also I love Twitch Sings haha! I also love that you can play it without livestreaming so basically Sing Star is over.
