The results are in and very interesting!

2:1 in favor of a deeper TI-99 video. So, a video that is a little more in-depth and posted to public YouTube. Further investigation of the $300 NIB computer turned out to be false. The computer is in the box but very well used and missing all documentation. The owner is quite old and not trying to scam anyone. Just memories don't match reality sometimes.

"Here's to the crazy ones..."

The Patrons who prefer an Apple/Macintosh video is still significant, so, in recognition, the video will have a Mac user perspective.

It will be back to pure Macintosh videos after that, but I'm glad to know that I can stray from the topic when an opportunity arises.

Again, I appreciate your support! I'm finding it funny how close I get to 100 Patrons over the past few months, but never quite get there.

Page picture update:

I looked around the Macintosh Repository site and found the Mac OS 8.5 beta themes that Steve Jobs had removed from the shipping version, including the Drawing Board theme that I like so much. And so I updated the Patreon page cover.

The jury is still out on the 'Drawing Board Sounds' because I can barely hear them through my 8600 speaker. If you're interested in trying these old Copland themes (also Hi-Tech & Gizmo), on your Powermac, it's under 'Appearance Manager Themes and Add-ons'.

Very interesting! I can envision Bungie watching the mess Microsoft has been making of the Halo franchise since they left and wanting an opportunity to show them how it's done. Any similarities to Halo can be declared 'prior art'. If true, it could be a great opportunity.
