Tier updates (Patreon)

Hello patrons!

to those here, I appreciate all your support immensely! 

With that said, patreon has a lot of horrid taxes and keeping Tier2 [the 3$] one is not something I can keep doing. The $1 tier [tier1] stays active as the tip jar which it currently also is. 

tldr changes: $1, $5 and $10 tiers stay, but 5 and 10 are scooting down from 3&4 to 2&3.

those subscribed to the old tier2 [3$] will lose access to posts, so either make sure to downgrade to tier1 if you wish to keep supporting, up to 5$ if that's what you wish to do, or simply stop supporting altogether.
