Alaric is pronounced Uh-lar-ik. Not Al-uh-rik. You guys are driving me crazy with that one lol. He even goes through how to pronounce it in his first episode on the chalk board in class lol.

Season 2 is where it really kicks off. I think S1 was just establishing the world and some main people. But now we get to the meat. I cannot wait for 2x08. One of my favorite characters is introduced. Actually, my top two favorites are introduced in S2. Everyone loves Damon, and sure, he’s funny. But we got some badasses on the way.

That Stelena break-up scene never fails to make me cry 😭 Paul crying his face off breaks my heart 💔 I don't care what you say, I'm forever Team Stelena! As characters though I love both Stefan and Damon but I feel like Stefan is so underrated. Damon was also HORRIBLE this episode. Mason didn't deserve that. Katherine is so evil but still so endearing and fun. At this point, I feel like it's just better to tell loved ones the truth because at least then they're in the loop and can't be as easily manipulated (compelled). Also, that scene between Caroline and her mum is so gut-wrenching but beautiful at the same time. Caroline is SO much better as a vampire than a human.
