Rogue MMA 3 | Australia | Friday

Isi Fitikefu
Sydney, Australia
29-years-old
Middleweight
6-0
3 KO/TKOs, 1 Submission

Fitikefu was signed to the UFC at one point last year but the contract never worked out. If he gets this win I highly expect him to fight in the UFC next. Fitikefu is primarily a wrestler. Everything he throws and does on the feet is to lead his way into a takedown. Isi has an aggressive and relentless pace with effective chain wrestling to get the fight to the mat. He’s contempt on riding positions for a round and just staying busy enough with short strikes to not just win but dominate rounds. On the feet, Fitikefu has big power in his right hand (overhand) being a loaded gun that has put two opponents to sleep. He fights Mills (3-2) which is a gimmie fight.

Open Fighting Championship 20 | Kyrgyzstan | Friday

Uran Satybaldiev
Kyrgyzstan
27-years-old
Light-heavyweight
5-0
5 KO/TKOs

I'm not entirely sold on Satybaldiev but any 205er that has any potential is worth a look. On the feet, he's a bit sloppy and sluggish. He does a good job at opposing his will and getting the fight down. From there, his top position is heavy and actively rains down punches. He fights Vladimir Seliverstov (13-3) who is a good test and will be his first title defense.

UAE Warriors 30 | Abu Dhabi | Saturday

Vinicius de Oliveira
Porto Alegre, Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil
26-years-old
Bantamweight
17-2
13 KO/TKOs, 2 Submissions

Oliveira is one of my favorite prospects across all weight classes. Not because of the skillset but because of the high-energy entertainment he brings. Oliveira is an all-action freestyle-type athlete who will always put on a show. Being the diverse athlete he is, the Brazilian loves to go for broke throwing a lot of switch kicks, wheel kicks, going off the cage, and flying knees. He really brings that Brazilian capoeira style. Oliveira will also get takedowns and has an underrated ground game. He fights Ali Taleb (6-0).

Ali Taleb
Sweden
21-years-old
Bantamweight
6-0
3 KO/TKOs, 2 Submissions

Taleb is a muay thai/kickboxer based fighter that will snatch your neck if given the chance. He fights with his hands high and lets everything go. Taleb puts his hands together well and has some pop behind his punches. Being a Muay Thai guy Taleb of course favors knees, leg kicks, and elbows. He even has a decent ground game if needed. Not many guys can go toe to toe with Taleb. He fights Vinicius de Oliveira (17-2) in a chance to take his title. It should be a great fight.

Gabriel Alves Braga
Rio de Janeiro, Brazil
24-years-old
Featherweight
7-0
4 KO/TKOs

Gabriel Alves Barga has been really impressive and has been on my radar since 2019.  Braga has a solid ground game with his ground-and-pound but prefers to stay standing. Braga is very technical as he loves to throw from all different kinds of angles. He throws a bit of everything including knees and elbows and puts all his strikes together perfectly. Braga rips the body frequently and he mixes that into combinations very well. He’s always throwing output, mixing in all his weapons. He fights Faeez Jacobs (8-4) who is his toughest opponent to date.

Murad Magomedov
Stavropol, Russia
27-years-old
Bantamweight
11-0
2 KO/TKOs, 3 Submissions

Solely a grappler, Magomedov is well versed on the mat. A tall flyweight standing at 5’9″ he uses his length well. With a strong jab, his length is more useful to him on the mat. He’s really good in transitions taking the back consistently. He's a work in progress and despite his good-looking record, he would need a few more fights before going to the UFC. Magomedov fights Alimardan Abdykaarov (16-6-1).

Abdula Aliev
KIizilyurt, Russia
25-years-old
Flyweight
11-0
4 KO/TKOs, 2 Submissions

Aliev has fought in China his entire career all for WLF Wars. He became their champion in 2019 and has two title defenses. He is a strong wrestler with a dominant ground game and a deep gas tank. He has gotten better on the feet outstriking a good boxer in Jenel Lausa in his last fight. Aliev's wrestling and top control is a real factor though. He fights Dias Erengaipov (12-3).

Wisem Hammami
Terracina, Italy
24-years-old
Lightweight
7-0
5 KO/TKOs, 1 Submission

Hammami has good hands from the looks of things and seems to have some knockout power. He has a good one-two and can sit on the outside with a jab and leg kicks. Hammami is even more of a wrestler and on top is where he’s comfortable. He moves really well on top and has smashing ground and pound. His grappling and gas tank looks excellent. He fights Brian Hooi (16-8).

UAE Warriors 30 | Abu Dhabi | Sunday

Eslam Abdul Baset
Cairo, Egypt
28-years-old
Middleweight
12-2, 1 NC
7 KO/TKOs, 3 Submissions

The first Egyptian fighter to sign with the UFC happened this week. If Baset wins this week he could very well become the second. His only loss in seven years is to former Cage Warriors champion Djati Melan which was a close fight. Baset is a strong dude that is super athletic. The striking is a bit one and done but is a good wrestler. His best work is done when he gets the takedown. Baset is physically strong on top and his ground and pound is his best weapon. He fights Laïd Zerhouni (9-7) for the vacant title.

Hadi Omar Al Hussaini
United Arab Emirates
?-years-old
Flyweight
4-0
1 KO/TKO, 3 Submissions

I recently discovered Hussaini and he's very impressive. There is a lot to be seen considering he finishes fights so quickly. Very good wrestler and has what seems to be a high-level ground game. He gets right after it getting the takedown with solid wrestling. Hussaini has lockdown top control with educated ground and pound. There is a lot of potential with Hussaini at 125. He fights Mohammad Qwai Abzakh (1-0).

Mohamad Osseili
Lebanon
24-years-old
Middleweight
4-0
3 KO/TKOs

Lebanon’s Osseili is a prospect with a lot of hype. He’s a big middleweight standing at 6’5″ and uses every bit of it. Osseili with his reach is always up close in the face but is back far enough to where it’s only him landing at the end of his punches. He’s really good at pressing guys against the cage and letting his hands go. Osseili has really good hands attacking the body and throwing in combinations. In his last fight, he even showed to have a decent ground game and wrestling. His gas tank is a concern though going forward. He fights Glory fighter Yousri Belgaroui (2-0).
