and ALSO ALSO there was a miniseries in addition to the original run of the tmnt classic comics books called tales of the tmnt where they told little side stories and arcs every issue. the creators of this show know their shit.

My favorite thing about this season is after killing shredder Leo keeps trying to decapitate things but it doesn't work out on magical threats.

I knew y'all would like the new theme song lol. It's one of my all time fav versions of a TMNT theme. I always thought the jazz theme sounded like the Incredibles too but I never realized it was kind of like teen titans too. Apparently it's inspired by some old show called Cowboy Bebop

Also season 5 is one of my favorites and same for Kavaxas as one of the best villains and his whole arc, hype for yall see to what's in store
