Love the reaction! Also Havoc/Carmine (red head girl) is first seen in this episode. I don't believe she was mentioned before these episodes though her story obviously goes back to around Heaven's war, before the start of Darker Than Blacks story's timeline. Also Hei, the main guy, goes by several names if you haven't noticed. So anytime someone refers to Li, The Black Reaper, or BK201 they mean Hei. You mentioned it here but yes, every contractor has a star designated to them and a star messier code (BK201). When a new contractor is born a new star appears. When one dies the star falls. When they use their powers the stars react showing activity which we can see Detective Kirihara and others can see by them getting astronomic reports. I think this episode is the start to us noticing despite the fact that Hei has contractor abilities he is quite different from other contractors, like Havoc mentioned. The main difference between contractors and humans (aside from their powers) is their price and the fact that they are rational thinkers, they sort of put their emotions aside in favor of rationality. Havoc says Hei doesn't seem to have a price to pay for his ability and then we see that November 11 says "Make the rational choice" whenever asking to out whoever Hei is working for. So November 11 is basically sayin - Out who you're working for because in the long run for a contractor they aren't emotionally attached to those they work for. They could care less. The rational choice in that situation was to give up the name of the group Hei's working for in exchange for living/staying alive. So we can obviously see Hei is different. Also I want to talk about the Dolls. We see Yin (purple dress; white hair) the most but the little boy in the episode is also a Doll. Dolls are mediums and are mostly emotionless. Which is why you thought they act just alike. They can send specters to observe people long ways away from them through different mediums. Yin's medium is water. So as long as there is water there she can see/find people. The young boy's medium is glass, so when he placed his hands on the car window he can observe someone he's searching through it as long as said person is near glass.

Nice! Something told me the girl Yin was some type of artificial human or doll as you explained it. There are so many unique and interesting aspects to this universe and we appreciate you going out of your way to explain it to us :D
