I feel like these two episodes might be one of the weaker ones of the series, though I don't recall Jan getting much worse than this. ...That being said, I actually liked things on the villain's side. The Scorpion's dancing, the Toad simping while Mele ends up giving advice that works out better for the Toad far better than it worked out for her... Aside from the hero side plots, I feel like they did a good job mixing the action up to make these two feel like a double threat. You KNOW poor Mele is seething that the Toad gets to live out his simp fantasy while Mele has to deal with simp reality. xD With one more venom to go, I wonder who could possibly have the venom? We're at the climax of this little arc, which means things are about to step up. As you can tell, Gekirangers takes things slow with handing out upgrades and new tech, but as things will escalate... Let's just say some new items might be needed. ...Also Miki's kid is pretty alright. She's kind of bratty, but thankfully not insufferably so. She won't pop up *too* often, but you might see her pop up every now and then.
