Just a correction the email was in Spanish and not English, riku gets it confused and pega corrects him. The Ultraman Geed primitive form is his actual look and his strongest one as it's a mix of the strength of his 2 other forms, riku is like a disguise that weakens him to a point hes just human, the reason for the beta capsules are explained a bit later on if i remember correctly. But yeah primitive form is geeds true form while his forms are like outfits that can change his DNA a bit but due to being belials son he will always have his eyes and in cross over events like ultra galaxy fight after a while Geed always reverts back to primitive after a form change
