I keep getting people up my ass about when this will come out, so I'm going to make another post to show my progress so far.

I appreciate your enthusiasm, but it drives me up the wall when people ask me, btw. In the future I will not be giving release dates, and will instead be going by percentages, because shit happens and you miss dates. People will put themselves halfway up your ass to ask when it will come out, and in places that aren't even related to BB2, is the most annoying part.. :)

Anyway!

Hey there! So I'll let you know my progress at the moment. I'm very surprised with how much focus and work I've been putting in the last few weeks. I've been going for 9 hours a day last week to make try and get BB2 out by the end of the month. It's been a lot more work than I thought, but the good news is I'm making some great progress.

I'll drop you some numbers. Last time we spoke, I had maybe a handful of shots colored? Well I've just crossed the halfway mark on coloring. I've been knocking those things out to get everything done. Some of the shots are really looking impressive. I'll drop still WIPs. I'm very pleased so far.

But yes coloring is coming along, it's just a slow process. But compared to inking, it's such a nice break. Hahaha. I'm shooting for the end of the month, but I'll definitely know how much time is left once I finish coloring. All that remains afterwards will be BGs and Audio. Mouths usually take a few days, and as I've never done a project this big, I imagine this will be no different. SFX usually take a day as well.

After that, I'll take a week to let it sit and give me time to make edits if I need to without tunnel vision. I didn't come this far to bomb in post production.

I know I said I was going for the first week of October, but I was incorrect. So, my apologies. I underestimated the work. However, it's getting to the point where it's easier to see the finish line. So at least there's that. I'll be able to tell you what it's looking like once coloring is finished.

(just to give you an idea of how I feel about it. I don't think it will take more than a couple weeks to complete coloring, and then I don't think it will take more than a couple weeks more to finish the remaining work.)

Worse case scenario, you wait until November and you get the animation emailed to you anyway, because you paid for October, and I'm not going to make you pay again when I'm the one who misses the mark. Which seems fair to me.

Anyway, enjoy the WIPs. The bonus scene you guys voted for is a bangerrr.

I'm so sorry thirsty people can be so self centered sometimes, keep doing you and we're enjoying everything you put out in the meantime:)

I am beyond excited, but patient. Take your time and make the animation the way you want it. You're a champ.

We get there when we get there.

some people just need to learn to be more fuckin patient... honestly to bother a person about a subject is already annoying but to drag it somewhere else the person is, is not okay, learn bounderies.... jesus... but seriously take your time and dont worry, itll be out when its out you dont need to kill yourself over a project.

Do people not realize animating is a hard skill?! Art in general takes time. Animation is a whole process of its own. Especially since you’re doing it on your own. That takes so much dedication. Just take your time with it and when it’s done it’s done. 💝

You just keep up the good work I’m happy waiting to the end of the year if I have to, you do amazing work as it is and it’s not like you aren’t giving us content in between.

Hope there is a bit of squash/suffocation scene. But I don't blame the author if it's too late in the process. Quality takes time.
