It is great to have a new assisstant. Natasha seems like an excellent addition to the team and I feel like I can trust Her with anything and everything realated to my work. My 1st meeting with Her was very productive, although I don't remember much of it. I do remember something about a pocket watch, but that can't be right. Well, I have to go, Natasha told me to meet Her for another focus session.

Hello. I seem to be having a few issues accessing this from the Patreon app. It just links to straight to vimeo which then says I'm unauthorised. Am I doing something wrong or can I only access these videos using a web browser and the embedded links? Thanks. :-)

There was a recent revamp of both the Patreon App and website. Since then, there have been incidents of some users not being able to access videos via the Patreon App. I'm hoping this is just a bug of the new App and that since this issue is site wide, it will be solved soon.

Thanks Presley. Yeah hopefully it'll be resolved soon. I can access things from my PC so it's the not end of the world but I've been struggling to get things to work reliably on my phone.

Hi Matt have you done anything special to get it to work? Do have an app for Vimeo or did you need to do something to like the two together? The webpage works but the app still opens a browser, goes to vimeo and then says unauthorised. :-/

I think the problem is that it is set to work only when it is embedded within a webpage and because the app is opening the video in a separate browser window it does not work. I think I'll give up on getting things working with the app and just use the web browser on my PC.

Hi Ben, the trick is to not click on the play button on the video on the main feed, but click in the centre of the video so it opens up on its own page in the app. If you then click on that video it opens and works. That's what I have found works anyway. Hope that makes sense.
