I've been for the past days trying to get a good whitemane morph going, but it's extremely hard. I have two different models to use as source - one quite HD but incorrect, and another that is extremely low poly, but correct.

The morph is far from done as you can see in the pictures, the lips aren't smooth and look a bit off so I still got a bit work to do on this. 

Textures are only placeholders for now until I get the morph right. Clothing (the tabulas) will be simmed and I'm planning on making the centerpiece of the staff rotate as well, just to be fully authentic.

Thought I'd keep everyone posted!

EDIT: I wanted to mention a pretty important thing - my GPU has died, the closed watercooling loop is not so closed anymore. I had to send it in for RMA, but I am not sure what's going to happen at this point due to the chip shortages. I'm sitting on a 970 right now which works in the lighter programs, but it's definitely a lot slower to work on models with it.
