🍂 Fall Painting - Work in Progress 🍂 (Patreon)

How are you doing? 😊

I'm taking a bit of a break from client work at the moment, so I'm taking more time developing my next piece! I started working on the fall painting (I don't have a title for this piece yet!)  🍁

For the character, I wanted to create an interaction between a creature/animal.  🐉

I usually like to create a separate file to develop my character. The first two sketches are quite loose with the main focus on the pose and line of action. 

After I'm quite happy with her pose, I develop it further by adding more details to her hair, folds of her clothes, and patterns. 😊

I copy the character layer and add it to the painting!

I want to keep a fall palette in this painting using a lot of browns and oranges. I'm super excited for fall so I'm really happy painting this piece!  I'm a big sucker for the dark academia aesthetic so I will probably add elements of it! 📚😊
