La Promenade 👑🌼 🌾 - Step-by-step Process + Timelapse Videos (Patreon)

Hello Patrons! 💛

Here's the process of La Promenade! I created this piece mostly on Procreate! Then I made colour adjustments in Photoshop. I'm trying to integrate using Procreate more into my workflow since it helps me create more painterly strokes! 🥰

I've also attached the timelapse vidoes of the painting.

Doing Plein air studies has helped me create a workflow with textured brushstrokes to indicate the shape. I am trying to be more mindful of my brushstrokes placement to simplify the shapes! 

I am finding more and more enjoyment in using textured brushes in my pieces! I think having some grit and texture to some of the materials in the painting such as the rocks gives another layer of interest to the painting.
