Here's some info about the rewards!

How does pledging work?

New patrons will be charged upfront for the tier you’ve signed up for, which means you will immediately have access to all the content I shared with your reward tier. After that, billing then occurs on the first of the following month.

*Please note if you sign up on the last day of the month, you will be charged again on the first of the month.*

What rewards do I get?

If you sign up for [month], you will get the rewards for that [month.] 

For example, if you sign up on July 15th, you will be charged upfront and be eligible to get the rewards for July. 

What is the cut-off date to be eligible for the mail rewards?

As long as you sign up before the end of the month, you are good! :)  

When do you ship rewards?

Payments take up to five days to process, so I ship the mail rewards every 6~12th of the following month. That way, I get an accurate list of how many prints/postcards I need to order.

Ex: March rewards ship out in early April, and April rewards ship out in early May.

Postcards and Prints will be shipped via standard mail stamps and will not be tracked.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct! If you need to change your address, change it under profile settings. I cannot do this on my end, so please update your address if you need to change it!

Do I need to pay for shipping?

No, shipping is included!

Do you ship internationally?

All tiers are open for both domestic and international!

I haven't received my reward yet; what do I do?

Due to COVID, please expect shipping delays! Click here to see if your country is suspended from delivery. However, if you haven't received it yet, within a reasonable amount of time!

Please send me an email (info@maxinevee.com) or a Patreon message, I will be happy to send a replacement.

How are rewards chosen?

At the end of the month, I create a poll of the designs for that month; you can cast your vote to choose your favourite design for that month! The design with the most votes will be the reward!
