Maxis Sim Makeover: Goopy Gilscarbo (Patreon)

Here's another sim! A somewhat quick one, but one I've had kind of waiting, barebones, in the halls for a long time, decided to get to it and finish and upload him now that I'm able to.

Like Cash Monet and Diva Roma, Goopy Gilscarbo is another sim I've made who falls into the category of "celebrity townie", and like them he's based on an older Maxis sim, this time an NPC from Sims 2 and beyond. I've been told he was one of the more popular Sims 2 NPCs and he's also been referenced in several other games, including having a dish named after him in Sims 3 (Goopy Carbonara) and a class that references that dish in Discover University. So what I've done is just gone and decided that this is qualifcation enough for him to be a celebrity in my world.
