Patreon billing pause update! (Patreon)

Hey all! Just a quick note: a Patron recently reached out to let me know they had been charged for December, despite this page being paused 😰

I checked my end, and it seems that Patrons who usually pay on the 1st of the month may have gotten charged for December. My assumption is that payments were already being processed for those members before I hit "pause" on Dec 1. I believe in January, billing will resume after the 1st, so those same members won't be billed next month. I've taken note of who got charged this month, and if for some reason Patreon charges you again in January, I will manually refund you for December.

So sorry for any confusion or hassle this month! If Patreon ever double-charges you in the future or if there are any other payment issues, please reach out to me in DMs and we'll get it sorted. Thanks sm for reading! 🥰🥰
