This is an excellent example of why two people in an intimate entanglement should always communicate. "Where is this going, and is it okay with everyone involved." Like, as much as Alex's selfish motives are a problem in this situation, Theo never asked Alex if he was in it for the long haul. Some people just want a casual situation, some are looking long term, and some only care about what is happening in the moment. One is not superior to the other two as a chosen way of experiencing life. Yes, it's appropriate for Alex to apologize. It's what we do when we realize, intended or not, we caused harm to another. Theo really needs to do himself and his daughter a massive favor by checking in with his romantic interests to see if the goals align before just going for it. Amazing work, as always, Sawah 💖 I dig it big time.

Thank you so much! 🥺💗 And you're exactly right too -- Alex is in the wrong for not taking Theo's time and feelings into consideration, but Theo also isn't blameless for not being direct for so long, especially since he has a kid involved. Now we'll have to see how both of them will grow from this situation...👀👀
