Development Update - 19.08.2022 (Patreon)

Hello everyone!

As I promised - I’m looking for beta testers and proofreaders! The game is almost ready - the only thing that’s missing is a working phone feature with a messaging system but that has encountered various problems. Firstly I was trying to do it myself but I’m not a coder so it turns out it’s way over my head. Then I started looking for a coder to do it for me and I’m pushing my deadline so I wanted this to be done as fast as possible. Most of the coders told me that that kind of mobile is a couple weeks work so I knew that I couldn’t wait so long. The other ones quote a price that was much too high for me and I couldn’t afford them. Hopefully I’m in touch with a couple of coders that are willing to do it in a relatively short amount of time and at the price I can afford. But the time is running out and I don’t want to wait too long with beta testing the game that’s so long to play. That’s why I’m starting the recruitment for helping me and Joshua with improving the game. If you’re interested to be a beta tester or proofreader (it’s a pro bono work) - these are the requirements:

• being a native speaking English person (or having a really high language proficiency level) - you have to look for any typos, incorrectness etc.
• attention to the detail - you have to look for any deficiencies/imperfections in the renders and inconsistency in the story.

For now you’ll test the game without the phone feature and we’ll use the placeholders for the section that requires the phone. There are a few things that are a bit rough around the edges (like GUI or main menu screen) so don’t be alerted by those 😀
