It's time for Constellation, Last Stand Media's conversational podcast. This week, the Brothers Moriarty are joined by Punching Up co-host Gene Park and legendary games designer David Jaffe. Our topics are many-varied on this lengthy episode, and we begin with Jaffe, who has recently started taking the mega-popular medicine Ozempic. Like many others on the drug, he likes what he's seeing so far and wants to tell the tale. From there, we go to the idea of aging out of interests, spurred on by Gene's lapse in both listening to and playing music as a hobby. In regard to the ozempic weight topic, I don’t necessarily think people should be concerned about the number on the scale as much as body composition. If you are 190 with 12 percent body fat, that’s pretty good. Some people loose water weight and muscle which isn’t good, and can accelerate aging.

Gene im glad you something about how music has just stopped being a big part of your life when it used to such a big part. I feel weird about it too. Like why don’t I even care to listen to my old favorites. People can play the songs for me and I love it. But I never go out of way to listen much anymore. Scores of movies and video games I still listen to though lol

Jaffey talking about politics is such a effort to me, the man is so full of the leftist fabricated bs, it hurts, he repeats the same crap mark hammil and all the other crap repeaters says it is annoying, and the way he pushes people around with his speech only shows how hollow and shallow his arguments are, trying to disqualify what is happening in the US, treating it like he really knows things and wanting to make everything looks stupid just shows his lack of knowledge. I don't agree with Jaffe on everything but Thank god he was on this episode. I was genuinely shocked how primitive everyone else's election takes were. No offense but...it really seemed like everyone else's takes were literally based off memes on their social media feeds. Still trying to wrap my head around Colin being a "traditional conservative" then calling a potential Trump Ramaswamy ticket "interesting". The guy literally said he wants to terminate the Constitution. ballooned the national debt. and openly talks about imposing martial law. Even if he can't do all of that day 1...thats not relevant to you supporting those views. Colin is constantly saying we should "all be kinder" but is considering voting for a guy who literally quotes Mein Kampf on immigrants lmao. Someone make it make sense. The modern political climate has basically turned some of you into straight up anarchists. "We all live in the china shop" -ty Jaffe. I'm not a liberal nor a democrat...this convo was legit just sad. I guess I expected more sophisticated takes because I respect ya'll so much.
