It's easy enough to forget (especially these days) that Sony is, first and foremost, an electronics company. So perhaps we shouldn't be surprised that the company showed up to CES not only to show off its upcoming PlayStation VR2, but also something brand new: A fresh controller codenamed Project Leonardo, one designed with maximum accessibility in mind. By leveraging the power of tech, video games can reach even more people if they simply cater to them, and when it comes to the disabled, Microsoft proved nearly five years ago that their so-called adaptive controller represented something real. It's finally time for Sony to follow suit. Plus: PlayStation 5 surpasses 30 million units sold, The Last of Us: Factions gets teased yet again, Hitman turns into the World of Assassination, and more. Then: Listener inquiries! Is gaming culture broken? How important was Shuhei Yoshida to PlayStation's first party output? When can we expect to (at last!) play Six Days in Fallujah? Is hand sanitizer essential, or a prophet of dryness?

Chris, In regards to the recent game with a short prelude, could you be thinking of Kingdom Hearts 0.2 Birth By Sleep—A Fragmentary Passage? It was a short chapter released a year or two before Kingdom Hearts 3. It probably sticks in your memory because of the ridiculously long title and because of your undying disdain for the series.

There’s no doubt that the flood of content available now has reduced the quality, and people are too tolerant of sub-standard writing. I haven’t seen 1899, but I can imagine that many people like it because they have low standards of what to expect. Most writing on tv shows is dire.

Mark Whittington

In terms of pronunciation, as a Brit, almost everything you say on the show sounds wrong 😉 Also, does Chris need his hearing checked as well as his eyes with that subtitles thing, I'm older than Chris and a bit younger than Colin and never needed them.

Damn 🍆

I hate this Bethesda situation so much. Starfield will surely run like ass on my 1660ti. This sucks on so many levels.

Max Stahl

I hope that they've put the PS5 on a diet by now, if you catch my drift. ⌚

Greg Hommel

Colin, we all fly inverted. That’s normal, because that’s how you actually fly.

“The power to destroy this shit is within all of us” .. Lockmort needs to put that to use

The subreddit /r/boneappletea is exclusively about people mispronouncing (mistyping) words in a funny way, but still using them very confidently.

Per Chris wanting to revisit games he may have written off due to graphics/art style, he might really like Dead Cells!

Chuck Rude

I absolutely would argue FFIX have more thematic depth than FFVII :p Another great show today as always

Piston Pants

OK time for a sacred symbols musical episode. Colin on drums, Chris on guitar and Dustin I guess cowbell.

NeO JD

Sad to hear about the Shu situation considering I wouldn’t even know who he is if it wasn’t for you and Greg.
