Loved listening to this. Even though the diet is far different from veganism, I recently just came off of a solid month of keto and I agree with a lot of what you said. I started to feel good and was way more conscious about a of foods, and it was a neat educational experience for the foods we would normally eat every day. But any type of socializing or eating out is a total nightmare, now I'm just adjusting to a low-carb diet where at home I stay as close to no carbs but going out is fair game.
