Big titty drinker

Chris you really kinda missed the entire point of tlou2 narratively. The games story is more about how people process grief and how if they dont process it properly , it can destroy them from the inside out. Viewing it as a "revenge is bad" and thats the lesson of the game is such a surface level viewpoint to take. Another thing is that from a gameplay perspective tlou 2 is probably better than any other game on the list. From stealth , Melee and shooting perspective the game feels amazing to play. Not only that the game has some of the best enemy AI ever in a game. nothing like playing tlou 2 on survivor , no listen mode truly a harrowing experience!

Played Inside this year and was blown away. Fantastic game. Loved Until Dawn. I have enjoyed the Dark Picture games but they are nowhere near as good as Until Dawn. Hopefully The Quarry delivers.

Inside messed me up for like 3 weeks straight. Look up the secret ending or endings if you haven’t. Fantastic game.

Excellent list. Considering I have no issues with your top 15, I am really tempted to give Prey a shot (that was the only game I haven't really given a chance)

Good list. Inside, Death Stranding and Bloodborne are top tier for me. Moments in Death Stranding when you scale a mountain and approach a beautiful Vista as low roar music kicks in are magical. Plus I loved the story and characters Kojima really is a mad lad what a unique game

‘Revenge is bad’ might be a slightly simplistic description, but the story is incredibly hamfisted in how it tries to make you feel sympathy for certain characters. My issue is less with the story than with how it’s told. Every scene I could ‘see’ the writers at work in the background, which is exactly what shouldn’t happen if you want to create immersion. The gameplay is good, the improvements made were the bare minimum I would expect after a 6 years and a whole generation. It is probably the best looking game ever though.

I've stopped playing Plague Tale right after Lion's demise. I just wasn't in the mood to play something so dark.

Kinda interesting that Chris has a bunch of games on his list that he don't really like lol. I would rather hear him talk about some other games that he actually likes. I don't think the point should be that a game has to be on the list because it has impressiv graphics or something. It should be one of your favorite games. But interesting list for sure.

Chris has some great games unique to his list. I loved Prey, Inside, SOTC Remake, Plague Tale and Doom Eternal. Big shout out for Crash Team Racing as well.. IT IS better than Mario Kart in almost every single way. Best kart racer of all time and a childhood favourite of mine. The remake was superb! I was nodding like a proud father as he laid the smackdown on Mario

Chris has a decent list overall but the order and the reasoning behind it are puzzling at times. 😄
