It's a celebration! Our PlayStation podcast-that-could has reached its 200th week of existence, which of course means its 200th core episode is here. To commemorate this auspicious occasion, we decided to do thing proper-like, renting out a famous theater in Richmond, Virginia entertainers much more talented than us typically play, and recording live in front of 400+ fans. The topic? PlayStation 4's 25 best games -- ranked! -- based on a combination of our individual lists, as well as the audience's. The results are going to be controversial, of course, but we were wise enough to mathematically split things up in such a way that you have yourselves to blame just as much as us. Such is the way of life with Sacred Symbols: A PlayStation Podcast. Thank you for your support. Here's to the next 200.

(While this episode can be enjoyed as an audio experience, it is meant to be viewed. We hope that, if given the choice, you will watch Sacred 200 as opposed to listen to it. But how you proceed is up to you.)

I love how Dustin’s complaint about Control was how much reading was needed to get the story and From games are his favourite games .

Would love to see a SS+ where you go over all 4 top 25 lists.

Audioheads, I only listen in the car, but this is worth the production value and the slides with the rankings are well appreciated. Give it a watch instead :)

Thank you for this and all the amazing content. I get so excited every week for a new episode.

Great show, but you're out of your mind if you think God of war isn't in the top 25 ;)

Jeffrey Rommel

Okay okay, now I’m going back to try and give Death Stranding a finish ;p

As someone who just platinumed bloodborne in the last month, it is the best ps4 game. If the sacred crew can’t get thru the game, just follow foghtincowboys walkthrough.

Aladin_Run

I'm thinking the same. I've put it on hold cause I suck at inventory management :)

Recasting snake and getting rid of Hayter was a Kojima decision, not a Konami one.

Aladin_Run

You have convinced me to get back to Death Stranding. Today I've discovered they've added, among other things, drop kicks! It's a small thing, but it got me all excited. Stay well, gentlemen!

I continue to find it very perplexing that Colin still hasn't made the effort to play Uncharted: The Lost Legacy. I mean, he runs a Playstation podcast. And this is one of, what... maybe 3 or 4 game releases in the last decade from one of Playstation's premier studios -- which not only is a studio many people consider the best video game developer in the world overall, but is also helmed by someone Colin says he's personal friends with -- and yet, Colin has still chosen to never play this game??? I really like that the LSM crew isn't forced to play games they don't want to play just to provide coverage. I know that's the right way to do it, and I respect Colin for that policy. But part of me is also like, "Colin! WTF?!? This game can be beaten in like 10 hours, and yet you're going to run a Playstation podcast while having no experience with a major release from Playstation's premier studio? Like... Why do that when that lack of knowledge can be remedied in one single Sunday of gaming???" Anyway, to each their own. I still love the guy and love supporting his content!
