Your banter with her is hilarious and natural. - Very interesting episode, like you know these kinds of arrangements exist, but you don't like KNOW the dynamics. As you said many times "fascinating" - This podcast continues to be really cool with how different each and every episode is.

As for a question - Do you (you being Jane Doe) think that anything in particular lead to this particular life style? like you hear about, I dunno daddy issues, family troubles, weird childhoods. Jane mentioned dabbling a bit in Boston, and such like did someone tell you about it, and you were just like "I'd do that?" - I dunno I'm like really interested in the psyche that lead to this type of life style.

Wow. Awesome convo dude. Its amazing how people adjust to live their lives the way they want, and just how many options beautiful people have 😂😂. I spose the biggest question I have is what happens when he trades her in for a 'newer' model? There are clearly feelings involved for both parties, and I think if he cut her off and found someone else, she would take it pretty hard, as anyone would being rejected. Aside from that though, you were following the questioning in my head Colin. 👍

Far and away the best podcast yet. I was surprised by your lack of hesitation to ask some of the harder questions - "expiration," tax (lol) etc. Maybe in the future you should hold a contest for local patrons of CLS with interesting backgrounds to get on the podcast for an interview - video submissions, voting (or random selection) etc? Could be cool

This one really got me thinking. My first impression was that I really have no problem with what she chooses to do as long as it's not hurting anyone. Maybe I should have a problem with it though... these recent sexual assault/harassment scandals have made me start to think more deeply about the commodification of sex in our culture and how that affects our psychology over the long term. I think I have some questions for Jordan Peterson lol

I'd be curious for you to dig deeper with her on her long term plan. If she's lucky, she's got 5-10 years of coasting until her goods are obsolete in this market. What are her long term goals. Is this just a gap filler, or is this part of her life plan. If she is banking away piles of money and investing wisely, it could be a great strategy. However, I fear she is going to fall victim to the same situation many stay at home wives find when a relationship falls apart. Only she won't have the alimony to fall back on. Her marketable skills that exist will be woefully out of date, and she will be decades behind her peers. Also, Uncle Sam catching up with her could be catastrophic at this point.

The "commodification" of sex in our society is interesting, but it's also perpetual. Sex has been a commodity for likely tens of thousands of years. I think empowering women (or men) to do what they want in this regard, within reasonable parameters (which I think Jane Doe's situation meets), is preferable to feeding the dark underbelly that'll always be there regardless.

Fascinating conversation. I'm curious what happens when John Doe is wanting sexy time but Jane doe is just not feeling it or whatever. Does she feel obligated to do it anyway because she's being paid? Does John Doe expect it from her no matter what?

Definitely an interesting conversation! I actually have two questions! First, and primarily, was a written contract drafted up and signed by John and Jane Doe and if so, what are some of the details of the contract? Second, I know Jane doesn't want to know about his sugar daddy history, but does she know/care if he has any other sugar babies and if she's cool with it, does she know anything about them?

Wow, what a great interview! I've always been fascinated by the women's perspective when it comes to "sex work" and semi-related arenas and this chat really intrigued me. I'm a little concerned for Jane Doe and her self-proclaimed superficiality, but that's just my personality projecting. It's definitely not for me to decide anything. She's free to do as she pleases, and obviously has the looks and personality to make this lifestyle work for her. She seems happy, and that's all good assuming no one is being hurt and it's all copacetic. Something about it all leaves me a tad uncomfortable, but again, that's just my upbringing at play. Again, great episode, as always!

My question for Jane is what are her plans when she’s older, Time is not kind to anyone and when this is in a way based on her young beauty (I just mean there’s a reason John was looking for a girl that’s in her 20’s) so what’s her plan when she Ages out of this business?

I'd be curious to hear about her views on sugar babying vs escorting. It seems to me sugar babying is safer because you're able to screen clients better and can continue 1 or a few relationships for a long time vs seeing many different clients. However in some ways you lose autonomy since you are on call for that person. Given all the free time her particular arrangement is affording her would she consider escorting in addition to sugar babying so she can better set herself up with savings for the future? Also more of a comment but I find her constant insistence on his generosity strange, she says they've negotiated monthly wage and he pushed back against it. Also as you said it sounds like he could afford to pay her many times more without even worrying about it. Him paying her 7000$ based on how much money it sounds like he has is probably less generous then many Patrons.
